Telco Federal Credit Union of New York (NY) is offering some of the highest certificate of deposit rates, including a 6.14% APY 36-month CD, a 5.77% APY 24-month CD and a 5.67% APY 18-month CD. Each of these CD’s have minimum deposit requirement of $10,000. They also offer CDs with $1,000 minimums, but with lower CD rates.
